Overview

As results-oriented advocates, we understand our clients need to have disputes resolved efficiently, economically and successfully. Our courtroom success has allowed us to serve as national coordinating counsel for many of our clients.

We represent clients in state, federal, tribal and other courts and tribunals throughout the U.S. Our attorneys recognize that effective dispute resolution does not have to happen in the courtroom, and we often resolve matters without litigation by conducting investigations, engaging in pre-suit negotiations and employing alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration and mediation.

Stinson has more than 180 trial attorneys, and we have handled a broad range of matters in multiple subject areas and industries.

Antitrust

We represent clients in some of the country's most significant antitrust cases, including class actions. Our cases cover various industries including food products, chemicals, prescription drugs, agricultural markets, health care, air freight, cable television, technology, real estate brokerage and more. We represent clients in antitrust and consumer protection investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general.
