Stinson Leonard Street LLP advised Enventis Corporation (Nasdaq: ENVE) in a transaction announced today by Enventis and Consolidated Communications Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:CNSL). The companies have approved a definitive agreement for Enventis to merge with Consolidated Communications in an all-stock transaction, which is valued at approximately $350 million.
